Mike has specialized experience with supporting public safety agencies by providing technical expertise, strategic planning and general consulting for new and innovative mission critical technologies as well as legacy solutions. Throughout his long-standing career in public safety, Mike has worked as a Technical Services Manager, Network Engineer and IT Manager for a mid-tier public safety 911/CAD/RMS/mobile software provider. In addition, he holds several advanced security certifications.
JR VanOoteghem, Mission Critical Partners
JR is an experienced technologist and technical project manager with more than 15 years of experience in the public safety market place. He is a highly skilled systems administrator with extensive experience in a variety of public safety system networks and system support concepts including being a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), IBM AS/400 Certified System Administrator and a Microsoft Certified Professional. JR brings with him critical experience as a highly skilled 911 Assistant Director and Systems Administrator.
